Why we built Templa.
The idea for Templa came from a personal experience of arriving in a new city for an extended work engagement and spending weeks in a sterile corporate apartment — functional, but utterly joyless. The kind of place that makes you feel like you're just passing through, even when you're there for months.
We asked a simple question: why can't extended-stay housing feel like a home someone actually cares about? The answer is that it can. It just takes more intention. That intention is what Templa is built on.
